The Better Business Bureau is asking the buying public to tell us about a great experience with a local business. A Great Customer Experience could be that a business provided exceptional service or that the business demonstrated a commitment to quality products.
“All too often we hear about customer complaints in the marketplace, but the BBB would like customers to share their stories about a business that has gone above and beyond” said Patricia Rose, President of the Better Business Bureau. “The BBB stands for trust in the marketplace and these businesses put trust into practice every day.”
The BBB will spotlight the business on the BBB’s website, www.youngstown.bbb.org, and The Business Journal’s Daily Buzz throughout 2011.
